I AM NOT AT HOME FOR A DELIVERY, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ORDER?

For Australia Post Eparcel and Express Post, the delivery driver will attempt delivery once.

If you're not home and the courier determines that it's safe to do so, they will leave the parcel in a safe location and take a photo as Proof of Delivery. Safe drop enables the couriers to leave parcels at your location without you need to collect from a post office. You can Opt-Out of Safe Drop or request for redirection via your MyPost account.

If it is deemed not safe to leave and there isn't someone available to sign for your order, it will be taken to your closest Australia Post outlet for collection. There should be a card left either near your door or in your letterbox. Your order will be available to collect for up to 5 days after delivery. If the order is still uncollected it will be returned to us and additional postage may be payable.


Same Day Courier (Sydney only) - If safe to do so, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location and take a photo. If the location is not safe to deliver a re-delivery will be attempted and an additional delivery fee will be required.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MY WORK?

Yes - Simply add your company name to your shipping information together with any other information your receptionist/mailroom may need to get the order to you.

RETURNS
 
WHAT CAN I RETURN?

You can return or exchange products in a number of different circumstances including if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Website Terms and Conditions for further details.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. As some of our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products (unless the product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law). Please email your request to return your product to info@healthychemist.com and we will send an address for you to send your unopened product(s) to us. We must receive the returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your online statement. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@healtychemist.com.au.
